Sorry about the slow reply. Now that the clocks have gone back evening rides are a great way to enjoy a couple of hours of riding. Whilst there are not many walkers around. Let us know will have to meet up and show you some trails.

The best way to find the better places to safely ride is to arrange to meet up with the monkeyspoon boys to show you as they do a lot of positive work for DH ers in the area & try to keep the peace with the masses! Alternatively go to mtsdownhill on myspace a come on one of our rides, we all have secret tacks that we don’t mind showing the riders who show other peoples trail
& hard work respect. You wont find a better group to go riding with as the most important thing to us is having a laugh.

Roych Clough is quite good and there are a few other ‘green lanes’ near it.
